Two-step Zap<\/a><\/h3>\n

A Two-step <\/span>Zap<\/span> <\/span>is comprised of oneTrigger<\/span> <\/span>and one <\/span>Action<\/span> <\/span>step. Using our Gmail to SMS <\/span>Zap<\/span> <\/span>as an example:<\/p>\n

    As you can see on the screenshot, this <\/span>Zap<\/span>has one <\/span>Trigger<\/span> <\/span>and one <\/span>Action<\/span> <\/span>step making it a Two-step <\/span>Zap<\/span>. This <\/span>Zap<\/span> <\/span>can be used under the Free plan.<\/p>\n

    Multi-step Zap<\/a><\/h3>\n

    A Multi-step <\/span>Zap<\/span> <\/span>is comprised of oneTrigger<\/span> <\/span>and multiple action steps.<\/p>\n

    Using the same Gmail to SMS <\/span>Zap<\/span>. Let’s say you added another step in your <\/span>Zap<\/span>. You added a filter to only let certain emails with a specific Subject line to go through:<\/p>\n

      As you can see on the screenshot, adding the filter adds another step on your <\/span>Zap<\/span>. This <\/span>Zap<\/span> <\/span>has 1 <\/span>Trigger<\/span> <\/span>and 2 <\/span>Action<\/span> <\/span>steps making it a Multi-step <\/span>Zap<\/span>. This <\/span>Zap<\/span> <\/span>can only be used if you are under one of Zapier’s paid plans.<\/p>\n
